Establish 1 year ramp-up plan – Size, skill, experience.

Outcome based model

Upon successful implementation of previous phase and once you are convinced on the benefits further options of setting up Offshore Delivery Centre or outcome based delivery model can be established.

Establish long term contract.

Explore need of expansion of facilities, connectivity.

Define and agree on Service Level Agreement linked to deliverables.
